'Intersex' Boxer Defeats Female, US Journalist Released, UK Riots After Mass Child Stabbin

1 - ‘Intersex’ boxer beats female opponent in 46 seconds
Olympic boxer Angela Carini lasted 46 seconds in her match against Algerian boxer Imane Khelif. Khelif’s punches even dislodged her headgear before the end. After an abrupt surrender during the bout, Carini said, "I am heartbroken…I stepped into the ring to honor my father. I’ve always been called a warrior, but I had to prioritize my health. I’ve never been hit this hard before."
Khelif has been surrounded by controversy in that the boxer claims to be a woman, yet was recently disqualified at the 2023 IBA Women’s World Boxing Championship. Khelif’s home country of Algeria stated that this was due to “medical reasons,” but the reality is that Khelif has extraordinarily high levels of testosterone and the IBA President Umar Kremlev also announced that the test “proved they had XY chromosomes.” Despite the IBA revelation, IOC rules still permitted Khelif to participate in the women’s division at the Olympics.
Social media star and boxer Jake Paul offered Carini the opportunity to fight on an MVP undercard, “to show the world your talents on a fair platform and not against a man.”

2 - Russia Frees US Journalist And Others In Prisoner Swap
Wall Street reporter Evan Gershkovich was one of three Americans and one American green card holder released on Thursday in a prisoner swap deal with Russia, which also included five Germans and seven Russians, according to the Christian Post.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Gershkovich had been imprisoned by Russian authorities on a “false allegation of espionage.” He was subsequently sentenced to 16 years in a penal colony in a “hurried and secret three-day trial.”
Tucker Carlson had notably pleaded with Vladimir Putin for Gershkovich’s release in his interview with the Russian President earlier this year.
US President Joe Biden stated, ““I am grateful to our Allies who stood with us throughout tough, complex negotiations to achieve this outcome — including Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Norway and Turkey. This is a powerful example of why it’s vital to have friends in this world whom you can trust and depend upon.”

3 - Britain In Chaos After Mass Child Stabbing, Totalitarianism Looms
Britain has experienced widespread protests, some descending into riots, after a mass stabbing attack by a second generation immigrant on Monday. 17-year-old Axel Muganwa Rudakubana, the son of Rwandan immigrants, entered a Taylor Swift themed dance class in Southport armed with a knife, killing three children, Bebe King (6), Elsie Dot Stancombe (7) and Alice Dasilva Aguiar (9), and injuring ten more.
Police were quick to dismiss any terror motive, with the government linking the attack to the more vague concepts of ‘knife crime’ and ‘mental health’, and reports that Muganwa grounded his actions in Islamic ideology have been countered with claims that Rwanda is a majority Christian country. At this point, however, his motives and religion are unknown, and many Britons feel that such attacks closely fit the pattern of Islamic terror despite official claims.
The picture released of Mugawana is years old, showing him as a child, rather than one which looks like an adult male, and which would be more reflective of the image drawn by the courtroom sketch artist.
Vigils and originally peaceful protests have been widely attended, though hours later Southport saw “39 police officers were injured - eight seriously - in clashes with rioters, which also saw a mosque attacked and an emergency vehicle set alight,” according to the BBC.
Prime Minister Kier Starmer condemned ‘far right hatred’ and has announced new police force, not to deal with increasing terror attacks in the United Kingdom, but to tackle violent disorder in response to such attacks. “The new powers would include shared intelligence and the wider deployment of facial recognition technology,” the BBC reported. Starmer also slammed social media, presumably directing his ire primarily at X, which allowed information and opinions about the attack to flow freely.
Reform Party leader Nigel Farage released a statement yesterday, condemning street violence but also saying, “Law and order, folks, is breaking down… Let’s have proper law and order. But Mr Starmer, just to blame a few far right thugs, to say that’s the root of our problem, doesn’t work.”
