Angels are often thought of as mysterious, otherworldly beings—but what does the Bible really say about them? In our latest sermon, we explore the incredible truth about angels and their role in God's plan.
Are angels real? What do they do? Do I have a guardian angel? Do people become angels when we die? What do angels look like? Are angels perfect and should we worship them? Week 3 of our “Got Questions?” series looks to Scripture to learn more about angels and answer some common questions about them.
Did you know that angels are real, eternal beings created by God through Christ? They’re not just figments of our imagination—they play a vital role in God’s purposes. From protecting believers to serving as messengers, angels are constantly at work, carrying out God’s will in ways we may never see.
We also dive into how angels serve and protect those who follow Christ. Whether it’s guarding us, fighting evil, or delivering God’s messages, angels are actively involved in our lives, serving as guardians and guides.
But perhaps most interestingly, we learn that angels worship God in a way that challenges us to do the same. They are always aware of the spiritual realm around them, and as believers, we’re called to live with that same awareness and devotion.
Finally, while angels are amazing beings, they point us to something even greater—Jesus. As much as angels serve, they worship Christ and love the Gospel He delivered—the ultimate message of hope for all.
